Hey Guys! We're 2 young males in our mid to late 20's looking for a cool person to replace a very sweet female friend/roomie who moved to California recently. I'm in the Dry Cleaning business and my roommate is in TV production, so we both have weird work hours. We get along great and we'd love to bring someone in who carries that same vibe. The room is amazing. You get a private, huge patio to yourself. Yes, it's kind of hard to use it now, but during the warm months it's so worth it. If there is a drawback, it's that the room is lofted, so there is no door. However, the stairs are spiral so you can't really see the bedroom unless you go up there. The room can easily fit a full to queen size bed. Our last roommate left her massive wardrobe closet, so it's your's if you want it. There is laundry downstairs in the building. The neighborhood is mad cool. There are tons of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from on Franklin, Bedford and Classon. G or C train is a few blocks away. Short distance to Fort Greene Park or Prospect Park!! The lease will end at the end of October 2016. You must have decent credit and income or a guarantor that does. You will have to sign onto the lease. Sorry no pets or couples. The apartment is NO FEE but you must make arrangements through Kimi in order to see the place.
