There are two TV rooms, and a loft space used as storage because we don't know what to do with it. The location is great, close to tons of restaurants, bars, and shops along both Milwaukee Ave. and Division St., and across the street from Jewel and Wicker Park Athletic Club. 2 minute walk to the blue line stop at Division, and just off the Kennedy if you drive to work.
