It comes fully furnished and contains a large living room, a decent sized kitchen (2 fridges), bathroom, and plenty of storage space in the basement and garage. The basement also contains a washer and dryer. The room itself is the largest bedroom in the house and comes furnished with a queen sized bed, large wardrobe, table and fan. There is off street parking in the front garden and a large back garden which comes with a BBQ for summer. It is a stones throw from Casa Loma and across the street there are a Tim Hortons, convenience store and Pizza Nova. I'm looking for someone to move in February 1st.
