Looking for one roommate to fill an available room in a one-of-a-kind and beautiful three bedroom apartment in the heart of the West Village at Christopher and Hudson. Our current roommate is moving back to the west coast for work so we're looking for a new roommate to hop onto the existing lease, targeting a January 1st or 15th start through the end of the lease, Oct 1st. (with possible flexibility to move in a few days earlier/later). Building- The building is very unique - a two story walk-up (the apartment is located on the 2nd floor), there is only two other apartment units that are rented aside from ours. We have a 1,000 sq. ft. private roof. The apartment is 1 min from the Christopher Street Path, 5 min to the 1, and 8 min to the A/C/E and B/D/F/M on W 4th. Apartment- The apartment is very spacious, especially for the West Village, it has a large open kitchen with garbage disposal and dishwasher, with high ceilings throughout the space. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment. The common area is also spacious with tons of storage space in unit. There are also two full bathrooms in the apartment (1 of which would be yours). All rooms in the apartment have separate A/C units. Room- The room is located in the corner, with high ceilings and two large windows that get tons of light in the morning, the room is probably best of the three rooms. Can share a video of the room on request. Roommates- Two 26 year old males, both easy going, social and like to stay active. We both work long hours, at an investment bank and healthcare sales and both have very AM oriented schedules. Both non smoker, clean and organized. You- Happy. Active. Employed.
