The private bedroom is approximately 154 sq.ft.. The bedroom is currently unfurnished, but has the option to be furnished at a slightly increased rate. The room receives natural light from two large windows, has a walk-in closet and a ceiling fan. The room shares a large, full bathroom with twin sinks, substantial storage space and shower/tub. The house is very spacious with a dining room, breakfast nook, laundry room, kitchen, huge living room w/ fireplace, beautiful 1920's details, a private front yard great for entertaining, a spacious back yard with large dining table, and on site parking. The home has central air and heating, a washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner gas stove and oven, large television, fire pit, and more. The neighborhood is a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined residential street with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very close to both Beverly Drive and Rodeo Drive, the house is walking distance to Pavilions, Starbucks, Urth Caffe, the Post Office and numerous 5-star hotels and restaurants. Twenty minutes to the beach and easy access to West Hollywood. The landlords are a local family who've owned the home for years and maintain it very well. You would be signing a one-year lease, however, if your circumstances change, the lease permits a transitional sublet with landlord approval so there is a level of flexibility.
