Hello Home-seekers! TL;DR- 4BR, 2BA, 2/12, $860. We love food and clean roommates. We have an amazing apartment with amenities right in the heart of Central Square. One of our lovely roommates is moving on to new chapters, so we have one bedroom to fill between anytime between March 1st and April 1st -- a great opportunity for the right person. We know. Four people sounds like a lot. We weren't looking for that either, but trust us- this is a wonderfully unique situation. Read on! The room up for grabs is the corner room, on the cozy side, sunny and breezy, hardwood floors, with two windows, and a closet. Rent for this room is $860 per month. The room will be unfurnished. We are three omnivorous professionals in our twenties and thirties. We are creative, fun, and open-minded-- busy, but we like to sometimes share a drink, board game, or meal when we can. We are seeking a real deal housemate who is friendly, easy-going, a *team player*, but also has their own life. We have cultivated a special, flexible, and mature apartment culture and we would love a roommate who can contribute to that vibe. Sorry, but no pets. Our ideal roommate is probably a late twenties/thirties type, has lived with others before. They love a clean common area (we take a lot of pride in keeping the place spotless) and is a good communicator. At the same time, he or she is also laid back and also acts with great deal of consideration and kindness. This is a beautiful 4BR apartment with 2 (well, 1.5) bathrooms. Our apartment is large enough that we never feel crowded, people are often not home at the same time, and there is always at least one bathroom available. Our apartment features FREE in-unit WASHER/DRYER, hardwood floors throughout, a DISHWASHER, and ROOF access with gorgeous views of the Cambridge skyline. We also have wireless internet and cable television. Situated right between Harvard and MIT, our apartment is located amidst Central Square's famous nightlife! There is a Whole Foods, Harvest, and Shaws within a couple of blocks radius, and there are dozens of restaurants and bars nearby. We are a mere 3 blocks from the Central Square T stop, close to the I90 Mass Pike, and even closer to the #1 bus. There is plenty of both street and metered parking. It is an amazing location, for both drivers and pedestrians. Gas & electric varies between $40-$65 each. We pay $25 each for cable and internet. First and last month rent, plus security deposit required, which is non-negotiable (although we are flattered you assume we have the power to do so). The lease for this room runs until September 1, 2016. At this moment, we have nine different kinds of cheeses in our fridge. There is not one thing in our sink. We are somebody's dream roommates.
