There are two bedrooms on both ends of the apartment, lots of privacy. Lots of windows. Will leave grey couch, dining table, smaller tv in small bedroom and decorations if you want them. Rest of the place will be unfurnished. We are looking for someone to take over remainder of our lease, feb 1 until June 1st (May 31, 2016 to be exact) There is an option to renew available (rent has only increased for us $10 total in past two years), we have great landlords and awesome maintenance dudes that respond quickly, just moving closer to our jobs. Cats are okay to have, no dogs. Coin operated laundry in basement. AWESOME neighbors upstairs and downstairs, chill to have parties, never had an issue here. Free parking in back and also you can apply for permit parking in front (I think i paid 20$ for like two packets of em). Master bedroom has huge walk in closet, no closet in second bedroom. Outside has an awesome porch with a day chaise we will leave. Bottom part has all neighbors grills and tables and what not - great spot for summer. Lots of fun and good memories here. Rent is $1410, with NO SECURITY DEPOSIT. You'd be responsible for utilities (gas and electric and internet/cable). Contact via text is preferred. $35 application fee, this place is huge!!! Go Cubs!
