We are looking for a roommate to share a 3 Bedroom 2 Washroom townhouse in the heart of the Junction Triangle (Elsie Lane), near Dundas West and Bloor St. Beginning Feb 1st. New, bright, freshly painted, oak hardwood floors, open concept living/ dining room. A modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The room is on the ground floor of the apartment near the kitchen- some noise in the mornings before heading out for work. We are five minutes from everything you need-- groceries, fruit markets, cafes and restaurants, high park, Roncesvalles, the Junction, LCBO and beer store. The King, College, and Dundas street cars are 2 minutes away and the subway is a 7 minute walk (via the short-cut). We are in our late 20s and full-time working professionals.
