I am reposting this. This is great studio in Lincoln Park and its perfect for a single person. There is a walk in closet and leads to the bathroom from there. kitchen is separated as well and has fridge, oven, dishwasher and decent cabinet space. As you can see in the pictures, I have my queen size bed and a couch and there is still a good amount of space. My dresser is in the closet. Laundry is on the 1st floor. I am sub leasing this unit starting Feb 1 till the end of April and you'll have the option to renew the lease when my lease is up. Heat, water and gas are included. Electricity comes out to be about $25 a month. You can't beat the price for the location it is in. I've never had a problem looking for parking even in winter. Email me if you're interested.
