Hi everyone! We are renting our junior 1 bedroom in leslieville. We lived here as a couple and really fell in love with the neighbourhood, our favourite hangout across the street "Dundas and Carlaw" (with great comedy nights!!), easy access to both Gerard and queen street car and healthy fruitful market downstairs! The high ceilings and large wall unit made the place work for two! For the past year we had a friend staying there but now it's time we find a new loving renter. Beautiful skyline view of the city day and night. Blinds to block out the sun are in if wanted. Great shared roof top space with BBQ for the summer and party room available. Gas stove that cooking enthusiasts will love! We can also include or remove couch/table/chairs to whichever you prefer. Hydro and gas included! Move in date March 15th
