Moving out of my 2 bed 2 bath condo in Logan square at the end of the month
(March 1st).Lease will be renewed by my current roommate and he is looking for someone who needs either a short term lease or long term lease to move in. 3 months minimum.
Condo: Buzzer system building. 5-6 years old. As you can see by the pictures all new appliances. My Queen size tempur pedic bed can stay if needed, ideally it does at least until may. 60" tv in the apt, two couches. coffee table, bar stools and then whatever you wanted to bring yourself. Great rooftop on 6th floor. great views of Chicago downtown skyline.
Location: 10-15 minute to either the California or Western Blue line. 73 Armitage bus right outside the door walking distance to many great bars/restaurants. Logan square is the most up & coming area in the city and new spots are going in all the time. Close to wicker park, Bucktown. Lincoln Park. 15 min drive or 20 min train to River north/Downtown. About my roommate: Ajay. 28 yr old Male. originally from England. Has a 9-5 in the suburbs and then coaches (soccer) most evenings. Very cool guy, doesn't spend much time around the apt, likes to be
social and active around the city, looking for someone similar male or female.
