Hello! I'm looking for a roomate for the Master Bedroom in a condo downtown at the corner of Gerrard and Bay St. The room is available March 1st for $1150 everything included: Master bedroom with walk in closet, all utilities, rogers cable and high speed internet, laundry in the unit and there is a parking spot if you need it. If you don't have a car, we can rent out the spot. -The unit is 810 sq feet, 1 bedroom + den + solarium, large living room, kitchen and one bathroom. Tons of light! -Location is amazing and pretty much close to everything including 3 grocery stores within 5-10min walk, shoppers across the street, Canadian Tire 3 min walk, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, pizza, Subway, etc, Eaton Centre 5 min walk, college station 3 min away and Toronto General is just down the street. I'm 27, female and work in marketing downtown. I love travelling, enjoy cooking with friends, love to bake, going to movies/shows, staying active, adventuring around Toronto (although not as much in Toronto winters:() etc. I'm looking for someone mid-twenties to early 30's, male or female who is friendly, clean, considerate, non smoker.
