Move in date is flexible (unit is available now pending approval -- likely sublease start date around March 1st) and the lease runs through September 30, 2016. You would have the option to renew the lease at that time. I've really enjoyed living in this apartment but have to give it up. Some highlights: -Entire apartment (and apartment building) was remodeled within the last 5 years -Updated appliances (fridge, stove/oven, built-in microwave) -Updated bathroom fixtures (shower has great water pressure) -Large bedroom with ample closet (my bed is a full, but the room could easily fit a queen) -Beautiful flooring -Wall heat/air-conditioning units -Buzzed entry -Laundry in building (card operated -- no more quarters!) The apartment is located on a quiet street only a few minutes from the center of Lincoln Square and its many bars and restaurants. 3 blocks from the Rockwell Brown Line stop, and close to the number 81, 11, and 49 buses. Harvestime grocery store -- seriously the best store in the city, AMAZING cheap produce -- only two blocks away, as is Nhu Lan Bakery -- best Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) I've ever had. The neighborhood is really great -- safe, quiet, easy to get to and plenty of stuff to do. Preference will be given to someone who is willing to take over the entire lease. You will have to apply through the leasing company (which involves a $50 application fee). Up to two pets under 50 pounds are allowed but must be approved in writing by the landlord; they incur a $50 per month fee (total, not per animal). Let me know if you have questions!
