Hi! We are 2 ladies in our late-twenties looking for a fantastic roomate to share our home with. Home is a key word here; we are definitely past the stage of random roomates whom we never see and know nothing about. That being said, here we are! Posting on a random forum! Looking for another bestie! Our house is gorgeous; an old, converted victorian three storey on Sorauren Ave. Our apartment occupies the second and third floor, with the available room on the 2nd floor (i.e. first level of our place). Super high ceilings, exposed brick, stained glass, dishwasher, ensuite laundry; Gah! I can't believe we live here!!!! I hope the photos speak for themselves. The available room is unfurnished (though if you want that low-rolly-shelf, it's yours!) and measures 14X10 ft, with a full closet. The rent is $850 /mo, and that includes: hydro, heat, gas.
