The location couldn't be better, a tree lined street in the mid-50's, between 8th and 9th Aves, close to all the great restaurants and bars on 8th, 9th, and 10th, but also super convenient to the subway, you can get to pretty much any part of town with the C, E,1, B, D, E, N, Q, and R trains all within three or four blocks.
