Hello, I am renting a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located on Queen Street East just west of Broadview. The apartment is on the third floor located above a storefront. The third floor apartment is very unique with peak ceilings and a huge rooftop patio. The building is very old so there are definitely some quirks with the place but it is a great spot and the previous tenants and I have been here over 5 years. This is a great spot for someone creative who is look for a cool place without any frills. There is not a washer dryer but there is a laundry mat down the street.
