Hello, I'm looking for a roommate for the second room of my apartment. The apartment is on the top floor of a 10-story building with an elevator and security guard. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and one bathroom. The apartment and bedroom are fully furnished (double size bed), but you are welcome to bring your own furniture for the bedroom if you want to. About me: I'm a young professional originally from France working as a Consultant at a tech company in Philadelphia. I've previously lived in Paris, Bangkok, and Shanghai. I'm working full time and usually leave every other weekend to see my girlfriend (or she might come see me). I'm very clean and organized. Location: 13th & Chestnut, ideally located in Center City Dates: Available from January 22th to May 31th 2016, so 4 months total. I'm flexible if you are only interested for a shorter period. Might being able to extend to end of June but not sure for now. Rent: $940/month Deposit: $500 Electricity: 50% of usage per month (~50$) Water & High speed internet (50 Mbs/50 Mbps): Included Gym: Gym available for free in a building nearby Public transportation around: - Regional trains: The apartment is a 7-minute walk from "Jefferson station" and a 10 minute walk from "Suburban Station." - Metro/Subway: The apartment is a 2-minute walk from "13th St Station" where you can take the Market--Frankford Line (MFL)/Blue line. Also a 5-minute walk from "City Hall station" where you can take the Broad Street Line (BSL)/Orange line. - Bus: There is a bus stop right next to the building where you can take bus line 9, line 21, line 38 & line 42. - Trolley: The apartment is a 2-minute walk from "13th St Station" where you can take Trolley line 10, line 11, line 13, line 34 & line 36.
