There is a balcony with couches that are perfect for hanging out in the summer or in warm weather. We have a large gourmet kitchen and two refrigerators. There is A/c and heat as well as wireless internet, gas, electric and non-restrictive parking on the street. We also have a washer/dryer inside the house. The house is secure and surrounded by a twelve foot fence and security gate. Maid comes twice a month so you don't have to worry about cleaning. There are two other mature adults living two of the other rooms. One is a show business professional often on the road, the other is in administration in construction who is quiet and to herself. We are five minutes from CBS Redford and ten from Universal. Our home is a peaceful, quiet place, perfect for a person with an equally busy schedule, good roommate manners and consideration. This is not a home for people who are night owls, loud or party animals. Our new housemate must be dog friendly as we have three small hilarious and well behaved lap dogs as well as a totally self-sufficient cat. THERE IS ALSO A 200.00 PER MONTH UTILITY CHARGE FOR THIS ROOM. This includes cable, Apple TV, wireless internet, gas, maid, gardner, power, gas.
