I am looking to sublet my room from Feb 15 to May 15 (start date is flexible).
The room is within a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. My housemates are two male professionals in their mid-20s. One has a dog.
The room itself is large and has a private bathroom and two closets. We have a laundry in-unit. The apartment building itself is extremely new; there is a large roof deck with grills, a gym, a workspace with free coffee, free yoga classes, a bike repair shop, and many other amenities that I have not explored.
Rent is 1200 / month, negotiable.
