Hi! We have a small room (it fits a queen size bed and dresser with not much extra or a double comfortably) for rent in our three bedroom bungalow. The house has a well stocked kitchen, bathroom, laundry, porch, yard, parking, and plenty of storage space. We are close to PCC and Caltech, about a mile away from the Gold Line and Old Town, and around the corner from a grocery store and restaurants. We have two cats and a dog. Rent is $500/month, utilities included, $150 deposit. We can provide some furniture if needed.
