We're looking to replace our 4th roommate (because he moved out). The current residents are a 24-year-old accountant from Buffalo, NY, a 28-year-old aerospace engineer from Oklahoma, and a 29-year-old patent attorney from Rochester, NY. Our schedules are roughly 9-5, and during the week we're generally at home in the evenings. Casual drinking happens a few nights a week, but typically no big parties, although partying or having people over is fine as long as it's not all the time or super out of control. The house is spacious with plenty of room for storage and two living rooms. We keep the common areas pretty clean, sometimes a little cluttered, but definitely not dirty. The backyard has a nice grill, an electric smoker, and a hammock that are perfect for good weather. The available room is 10' x 13' with a large double-door closet. The bathroom on that floor is shared with one other person. One of the living rooms has a TV with media server/computer with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime (we don't have cable and don't plan on getting it, though you're welcome to pay for it if you really want it). The other living room is totally empty because the previous roommate took his couch and TV from there (what a jerk), so if you have a couch or other living room stuff, that would be perfect. The lease is on an individual basis (not a group lease) and is month-to-month.
