Hardwood floors throughout. Driveway parking is available should you have a car. Bus lines very close. Plenty of on-site storage. You'd be sharing the upstairs bathroom with one other, mid 30's male working in the food/bev industry. 3rd roommate, also mid 30's professional male, occupies the attached in-law suite.
