The unit has a living room, kitchen, and washroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, nightstand, desk, closet, and a dresser; bedroom 2 has a single size bed, desk, closet, and a table. The space measures 750 ft² approximately. The building has shared laundry with an average price of $2 CAD per load (washer and dryer). The monthly rate includes hot water, cold water, electricity, gas, heat. A standard security deposit of half of one month's rent is expected to be paid, which will be returned at the end of the lease term.
