Room available for rent on March 1, 2016. The room is actually two rooms/spaces - including one main bedroom with an additional room (currently being used as a yoga room) but could be used for studying/working.
Move-in date available as of 26 Feb 2016. Please only contact if you are a young female student or working professional. Must be very clean!
I am leaving to move cities and my roommate (very friendly and awesome girl who is hardly ever home) needs a new roomie to move in on March 1!
The landlord really takes care of the property - recently they painted/renovated the bathroom and are very helpful for fixing anything that comes up.
The building has a very big indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, small gym/stretching room and outdoor patio for use in the summer.
Really fun neighbourhood to live in!
