I'm looking for a new roommate who's friendly, relaxed, and financially responsible. My place is quite spacious with a very open floor plan, and the bedrooms are at opposite ends.
About Me
I'm a friendly guy who enjoys typical things: restaurants (just about any cuisine; Sushi's a bit of an addiction), movies (comedies, dramas, and suspense-thrillers), and music (especially '90s dance tracks). I generally prefer a small get-together at home or a friend's place (game nights are awesome) as opposed to nightlife, though I enjoy going out occasionally; I'm a huge fan of Sunday Fundays and brunches. I'm an animal-lover, and I have a small dog who's six years old and very affectionate. I'm a very clean guy; dishes don't typically sit in the sink. The thermostat is usually set to 68-70° for optimum comfort.

About the Apartment
• On the 900 west block of Gordon Terrace, between Sheridan Road and Broadway Street (see the map)
• Two blocks to the Sheridan Red Line station; less than one block to the Broadway (36) and Sheridan (151) buses
• Free (unmetered) street parking
• Three blocks to Target, Jewel-Osco, and World Gym; four blocks to Wrigley Field and Boystown
• Hardwood floors throughout (except tile in the bathroom and kitchen)
• Enormous living room, dining room, and sunroom, which share a street-facing "wall of windows"
• Central air conditioning and four ceiling fans (living room, dining room, and both bedrooms)
• Dishwasher, whirlpool tub, and in-unit washer/dryer
• Wireless laser printer/scanner/copier
• Spacious deck
• Your bedroom is approximately 11.5' by 12.5' and has windows on the eastern and northern walls. It also has a closet and ceiling fan with a light fixture.

• Definitely a non-drug-user (this includes marijuana)
• Responsible, respectful, trustworthy, friendly
• Financially stable
• Clean (and willing to actively participate in keeping the apartment clean)
Financials
• Rent and a $125 fee for utilities will be due on the first day of each month. The utilities fee is based upon one-half of the average/expected costs for electricity, natural gas, and Internet access (wireless); you're welcome to use my Netflix (streaming) account if you have a smart TV, Roku, etc.
• Before signing a roommate agreement, you'll need to provide proof of income and one of your credit scores (which you should obtain via MyFICO). You'll also need to pay your first month's rent and the move-in fee ($450); I'm not requiring a security deposit.
• I prefer that payments be submitted via Venmo.
