I found a wonderful 3 bedroom apartment right at the corner of Eglinton and Dufferin and I am in need of a roommate for April 1st. :) About the place: two-levels (bedrooms and bathroom located upstairs with kitchen/living room downstairs), about 800 sq. ft., newly renovated this time last year so everything is new and clean! Large kitchen, living room, and good sized bedrooms. Tons of closet/storage space and a large balcony facing West. Washer and Dryer for clothing also include IN THE UNIT. ;D At $500.00/month + hydro (about $100 split 3 ways) this is a bargain. The landlord seems wonderful, the location is great, and it's roomy. About me: 25 years old, work full-time as an Office/HR Admin and have a weekend job as well. I love going out as much as I enjoy staying in with some wine and Netflix. I like to cook, love animals (I have three cats so you will need to be okay with this), adore travelling, am clean, and friendly. :) Looking for: A roommate who is clean, respectful, pull their weight with chores, will pay rent on time, and who loves cats. (Or at least doesn't mind them). The landlord will run credit checks so be aware of that. I am very LGBTQIA friendly as I am bisexual myself and 420 friendly as long as you don't smoke inside.
