Great location near everything Dallas, 2 bedroom 1 bath condo with fireplace..fantastic find! Very nice community... its like a secluded treasure! Community has a greenbelt that runs along the creek, great for walking dogs or relaxing. SMU, all major freeways, medical district, lower Greenville and Park Mall are just a short drive away. It will be hard to find a community this good at this price anywhere near DT Dallas.
