Hey Everybody ! I'm a pretty cool gal looking for a pretty cool person to come share my abode. The place is available anytime from the middle of this month (February) to March 1st. Some details you may want to know: This can be a short term rental, or long term - how? I plan on moving to Vancouver come the middle of the summer. The landlord is great, and doesn't mind if you 1) Stay take over the lease and rent out my room or 2) move out and he finds new tenants. He would just like enough notice. The place is above Ferro Restaurant right on St. Clair. Its 2 floors above, so you get the luxury of having no neighbors, AND no noise from the bustling restaurant downstairs. The apartment is quite large, maybe 1000 SQF, all open concept living room/dining room with a kitchen that walks out onto a large private deck. What else?? There's a washer and dryer in the apartment He's cool with pets And the streetcar is right outside the front door taking you to St Clair west station in 5 minutes. I'm easy going, and enjoy good company. I work a lot, a mix of both mornings and evenings- so it leaves little room to be disruptive, but I work in the service industry so I'm no stranger to the odd night of debochery. Cleanliness is a given but Good attitude is mandatory!
