THIS IS A 3 BEDROOM CONDO ROOM SHARE! THERE ARE TWO OTHER PEOPLE LIVING IN THIS CONDO INCLUDING MYSELF. THE MASTER BEDROOM IS WHAT IS BEING RENTED OUT, THIS IS NOT A 1 BEDROOM 1 BATHROOM HOME/CONDO FOR RENT IN PASADENA (GOOD LUCK FINDING SOMETHING LIKE THAT HERE) The master bedroom has its own bathroom, two closets and lots of open space. The bathroom is a stand up shower only, no tub (sorry)! You will have access to the kitchen, the living room, the porch, garage as well as the washer and dryer that are on property. Sorry this room is NOT furnished! Utilities are not included either. The maximum amount of people that I will allow to dwell in the room is TWO! There is WI-FI in the house and you will be given the password once you move in. Myself and my current roommate are very quiet and we work an awful lot! When we are home, we stay in our rooms and occasionally venture out and into the kitchen to get food then return to our rooms. We prefer someone who is also quiet, who will not play music/video games until 2am with the volume on full blast. We try to keep our t.v. and video game game noise down to a minimum, however, we do listen to music a little loud when we are in the kitchen cooking (helps pass the time).
