Looking to sublease a room from February 21th for short-term to long-term (3 months extendible). I am flexible with dates. Convenient location in Dumbo, downtown Brooklyn. Minutes from Vinegar Hill and Fort Green and few blocks from F train stop York, A or C train stop at High Street. Both 1 Stop from Manhattan!!! The neighborhood is great. Many new things happening without loosing the charm of the neighborhood. All the other subway lines (2,3,4,5,N,Q,R,B,D) are in 10min walk and it only takes 15min to Manhattan from door to first stop in Manhattan ! A lot of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are in short walking distance. 10min walk to the Brooklyn Bridge. I preferably like someone who is in the creative field, arts & hospitality. I'm an architect and interior designer, usually i travel frequently between US and Europe. I'am super easy and love hosting guests, friends and family and care about having great & warm energy in the house. Also, I am a light & social smoker (I am European) ;-) The apartment includes a dining area with kitchen, bathroom. The room will be re-furnished, it's very sunny and it has a little corridor which makes it more private and providing additional storage space.
