Upstairs has a large bedroom and one bath; downstairs has 3 additional bedrooms and 2nd full bath. There is a living-dining area with open kitchen. Off the kitchen is a redwood deck. There are rose bushes in the back, a patio, a shed and a fenced yard. One car attached garage.
Pets considered on a case-by-case basis; must be fixed, adult and friendly, no "future" pets. Additional deposit and rent, $25 per pet.
There is an application fee of $40 per adult. You are welcome to fill out an online application, but you should contact us for availability and payment instructions before processing any application.
