Hydro extra ($75 average) The apartment has a lots of common space divided between the kitchen and living room. Lots of natural light all throughout the day. Located on the second floor of a triplex building. There is a large backyard with a garden, BBQ, and picnic table. Also a balcony on the front of the building. The landlord takes good care of his tenants and solves any issues in the building as soon as they are brought to his attention. The cat in the photos is my cat he's very well behaved.
