No smoking, no pets. There is a twin sized bed frame plus ikea expedit available for you if you want. If not it will be trashed. About the apartment: Kitchen and living space is shared. Roommates are a guy and a girl, both 24 years of age, loves homemade dinners and good movies. The two roommates and I have lived together for a year and have about 7 months left until we renew our lease. About the neighborhood: Harlem has got a lot of charm and lots of culture to date. Although it is up north in Manhattan the train will take you to midtown in 15-20 minutes. Laundromat across the street, and walking distance to grocery stores, gym, bars, restaurants, and local park.
