Hi! I'm looking to find a sublet to move in ASAP for one bedroom in a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment on Washington Street. It's located right next to Macy's and Millennium Park so it's basically in the heart of the city and is next to everything you need. LA fitness is right next door and grocery shopping is 1 minute walk away. Rent is $900/month with ALL utilities included and no security deposit required. The apartment is super spacious (high ceilings) and you get your own private bathroom. The room is not furnished, however, I am selling my bed and other furniture if you are interested, so you won't have to move stuff in, look for furniture, etc. Also, the apartment has a doorman for security. I have one roommate who is from LA and moved here for grad school. She's super cool, fun, clean, and responsible. She'll be studying most of the time, so we're looking for a sublet that has all the basics of being a good roommate. She loves going out and eating as well and is open to you throwing a party at the apartment as long as you let her know ahead of time :) Also, only looking for a female.
