Hi New Roomie! I have a 2-bedroom apartment plus a den and are looking for someone to rent out the 2nd bedroom. This person should be considerate, likeable, very clean and fun to be around.I would like my roommate of like age (late 20s) for compatibility purposes and for socializing. About the Room/Condo: Decent sized 2nd bedroom (I have the masters), there's a window and a decent sized closet. We would share a bathroom and the rest of the living space. About Me: Im a 28 year old female and I work for an online magazine. I often work from home. I love to laugh and have intelligent conversations. I like to have’ nights where we can talk, watch movies/Netflix and play board games or go out and to a pub.I also have a 2-year-old dog named Charlie. He is about 8lbs and loves people. Pets will be considered. The rent is $995 plus ultilites (heat, hydro, A/C, Wi-Fi, laundry en-suite, insurance) Never more than $100 per person.
