Hello- I am looking for a roommate to share my spacious 2 bedroom apartment with. My last roommate was not able to renew his lease with me so I am making his bedroom available. The apartment is extremely spacious with large living room, kitchen and 2 large bedrooms. Located in the Ravenswood Neighborhood, we are a block away from Mariano's,and in between the Damen Brown and the Lawrence redline stop. The Ravenswood Metra is also only about a block away. It is a quiet neighborhood surrounded by upper class family homes. There is also a parking spot if you need. Amenities:Couch, Dishwasher, microwave, Jacuzzi tub, brand new hardwood floors, kitchen table, kitchen island, front and back entrance, central heating and air, storage space, and a washer and dryer located about 3 steps away from the door. I was thinking about finding a smaller place, but I could not justify leaving this apartment. Rent is perfect and it is nestled in a beautiful upscale neighborhood.I just couldnt find any more bang for my buck. I am 25 and work full time. Occasionally I travel for work and am usually out of the house by 615am on weekdays.
