We seek a new housemate for our large, charming, and well-located Bloomingdale rowhouse--maybe it's you! Our housemate is moving to California is search of warmer weather, so we are looking for a mid-March- beginning of April move-in The Room: A HUGE third-floor Master bedroom suite with two walk in closets. Private bathroom with Jacuzzi style tub plus stand-up shower. ample space. The House: We love our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath historic (1913) rowhouse. It has large living and dining spaces on the first floor, a kitchen with attached balcony area for grilling, and two parking spaces. The second floor has three bedrooms, a laundry room (with a recently replaced washer), and two bathrooms. The third floor has the master suite. We're just a couple of blocks from the restaurants and bars on First St. and RI Ave, and a short walk from buses on North Capitol or Rhode Island to get downtown. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to the Shaw Metro. The Roommates: Three roommates are staying in the house. Tanya works in international development, Liz is in Social Work, and Chris works on Capitol Hill. We're all in our mid-20's and keep a relaxed attitude for the house. We throw a couple of small parties each year, and have folks over from time to time for a cookout or to watch a game. The Details: April's rent and security deposit will be due to move-in. Pro-rated March rent would also be required for mid-March move-ins Tenant would be sub-leasing until Aug-1 at which point he/she would have the option of renewing the lease for a 1 year term. Utilities (tv/internet, gas, power) run from $45 in fall/spring to about $90 in summer and winter. Next Steps: Interested?
