Great little Portugal bachelor (right on Dundas). 4th floor (top floor) with hardwood, recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, fire escape adjacent, great natural light and best of all, corner unit! It's big for a bachelor (bigger than some one bedrooms I've seen), and has massive closet space. It's an older brick building so it has high ceilings and hasn't been too cold this winter!
The only reason I'm leaving this apartment is because I'm moving in with my significant other. I wouldn't leave otherwise. Take over my lease April-May with opportunity to extend.
The location is great, near Fresh Co (1 block away), many restaurants and bars and the Dundas streetcar stops on the corner.
