The house is very quiet only one person lives upstairs. It's a great apartment, large, clean, dry and warm. Complety separate from upstairs. The landlord is very responsible, and on top of all maintenance issues. Maintenance is always dealt with in 24-48 hours. Basement has never had flooding, no mold, and has tile flooring.
My roommate is moving end of March and I would love to stay here. I've looked around and and this is a really nice apt. It's big enough that everyone has their own space literally :) It's close to York U and beside Wilson Subway station. The Lanlord is great, no drama at all. It's partially furnished so more then welcome to bring your own furniture.
