Looking for someone to take over part of the lease in a fantastic Brooklyn apartment starting April 1st (although, it could happen beforehand as well, potentially). The lease runs until September 15, 2016, at which point you'd have the option to renew or move out. I'm sad to leave the apartment - it's an awesome place to live! The apartment is 307 Atlantic Avenue, in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. It's a renovated 2BR/2BA - you have the larger room with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom has two windows, plenty of closet space, and tons of natural light. There's also a free storage unit in the basement that's huge and bike storage in the building as well. The best part of the apartment is a private, 500-square foot deck that overlooks downtown Brooklyn. We've got a hammock, two tables, and a dining set out there and it could definitely fit more stuff, if you'd like. The building also has a roof deck with plenty of space for parties. BBQs, etc. Your roommate is a polite, friendly, Harvard '09 guy who works as a writer/actor/director in the NYC theater scene. The neighborhood is great - it's just blocks away from Smith Street (Brooklyn's restaurant row), close to the Brooklyn waterfront and tons of bars, coffee shops (Blue Bottle is just around the corner), and great restaurants. It's also extremely conveniently located to public transportation - the 4, 5, 2, 3, A, C, F, and G are a few minutes walk away. Brokerage: Manhattan Residential Group
