Plus credit check (and/or co-signer) and roommate/rental agreement to be signed with landlords. The current lease is month-to-month, and I am looking for a minimum 4 month commitment (ie. If you're in town for a COOP placement until the end of August) . The unit is currently pet-free, but I am ok with cats Perfect location for a nursing or medical student/professional. About me: I am a female student at the University of Ottawa in my early twenties and will be working full-time over the summer. I generally keep to myself, occasionnally I might be studying in the common areas. I also enjoy cooking when I have the time and energy, as well as sleeping in until noon on weekends/days off. I am open minded, I don't care if you have geeky or obscure hobbies (I do), if you're LGBTQ or have some sort of disability so long as you can respect boundries. I have been with my current roommate for almost three years now, but she is now moving on to the next phase of her life :) You (ideally) : - Are a serious female (dudes are fine- but some people send the weirdest reponses) student or young professional. - Are considerate, and respect boundries - Have some source of income/savings that will allow you to pay rent on time - Are reasonably clean (ie. you dont leave your dishes in the sink and forget about them for days at a time) - Occasionnally drink, smoke (outside), etc., but not frequently. - Do not snore loudly, or invite people over to spend the night often (the bedrooms are beside each other, and the wall is kinda thin!)
