The apartment is close to bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Easy bike ride or drive to the beach once the weather warms up! The neighborhood is quiet, with woods bordering one side of the house. Details: The rent is $633 plus 1/3 of utilities (gas, electric, and internet). Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Both bedrooms for rent will be ready by March 1st. They are in the 2nd and 3rd pictures. The smaller of the two bedrooms (2nd pic) can comfortably fit a full/queen sized with a dresser or desk. The other (3rd pic) can comfortably fit a full/queen sized bed with a dresser and desk. Both rooms have closets. We will share the living room (with a working fireplace!) dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. I am open to any furniture you'd like to have. The furniture has changed from the ones represented in the photos, but otherwise the apartment looks as it is represented. I keep regular 9-5 hours and enjoy seeing friends and relaxing during the weekends. I'm passionate about feminism and political activism. My interests include painting, music, and reading.
