Hi! I am looking for a subletter to take over my 1 bedroom + den in Regent Park. Ideally move-in end of April/May 1st. The lease is up August 31st, 2016, but you can stay longer of course.

This place is nestled between the 505 Dundas street car and the 506 Gerrard street car, making our place very accessible to where ever you need to be. Short walks away from Cabbagetown, Leslieville, and the Distillery District.
Close by we have a TFC soccer field, outdoor skating rink, Shoppers Drug Mart, FreshCo and NoFrills, Riverdale Park (farmers market and dog park!!), Tim Hortons, and our favourite brunch spot Dominion on Queen.
