Hi, I am looking for someone to rent out the second room in this East Village apartment. Apartment is in a great location and near Astor place, NYU, Union square. Can get to all subway lines within 5-10 minutes. Rent will be approximately $1400 plus electric and internet(totaling to approx $50) Room: 8x12, window and closet. About me: 26 year old Male, I work in healthcare and am also a full time student. Enjoy going out on the weekends around the area with friends, occasionally have friends over. Clean/respectful Looking for a another young professional who is responsible, like minded and willing to take over my current roommates lease (he is moving cross country for his job). Apartment can be available mid-March and/or April 1st. Must sign lease for 1 year and 1 months security.
