I occupy the other bedroom, male in my 30s, working 5 days in the office and often travelling out of the city. There is washer/dryer in the building, living room with a couch and tv is supposed to be shared but I barely use it. Rent is $1500 for the 1/2 apartment, Water and trash included in the rent.
