Hi I am looking for a house mate to share the unit.
Currently 3 girls are living in the other room in the unit
so you will be sharing the unit with them.
What we have is a single room all by yourself which is $1250/month+utilities (internet & pg&e).
It's furnished with a queen sized bed, one desk, and a big storage closet.
You can bring your own furniture it is up to you.
The kitchen, bathroom, and living space is all shared.
The actual apartment comes with one parking spot, two laundry rooms in the building, and a pool if you would like to use.
It's located right behind California College of the Arts which means we have the safety of Campus Security walking around.
Bus stop is right in front of the apartment. Ten minute walk to the Rockridge Bart and Safeway, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Chase, and Bank of America are literally the street over.
We are also lucky to be near all the trendy shops and restaurants of College Ave.
