Hi! Seeking friendly, clean, respectful, roommate to be the 3rd in a 3br beautiful apartment in a rent controlled unbeatable location in North Beach/Russian Hill. Looking for someone in their mid 20s to mid 30s. Will not respond to anyone below 25. Move in date, April 1st. Showing today and Sunday No pets. PLEASE READ Our location is very hard to beat and yes the apartment does look this way. The reason it's only $1,375 is because we turned the living room into a bedroom so we have no common area except the kitchen which is very spacious. The rooms are huge, especially the one available, so we've never missed not having common space. Our apartment is clean and renovated. We have a washer and dryer in the building and the kitchen has a dishwasher. We have roof access with beautiful views of Russian Hill and Telegraph Hill. You will be sharing the apartment with a very friendly, laid back, UCLA grad entrepreneur in his mid 30s that is originally from Colombia and another very friendly 27yr old girl from Brazil that works in tech. We like things like aspirational TEDTalks just as much as silly comedies. We love cooking, music, and socializing. We keep things very quiet during the week and go out during the weekend but we never bring the party home. Location We are away from all the North Beach noise but still next to all the bars and restaurants. Cross streets are Lombard and Taylor. We are walking distance to everything. Downtown, North Beach Bars, Chinatown, Embarcadero, Ferri Building, Marina, etc. etc. Transportation is great: The 30 bus is a block away and the 8x, 45, etc. a few blocks away. We have a Trader Joes, Safeway, and 24hr Fitnetss about 3-4 blocks away. We have a nice public swimming pool a block away. Washington Square park is about 3-4 blocks away.
