I am looking for two other women to rent a beautiful apartment with me, my big elderly doggy Jacky and two cat brothers at Chase Knolls. It's a 2-BR on the ground floor, which Jacky needs because he has mobility issues. The apartment complex was built around 1945 and is filled with charm! Beautiful grounds, lots of tall shade trees. Cute little kitchen. Very large rooms. Living room is so large that I will be using part of it as my BR. Gorgeous hardwood floors. Black and white tiles in the kitchen. Adorable. Has stainless steel fridge and gas stove. Also a back door from kitchen to little porch. You and other roomie would each have your own room with a door and large closet. Rent is app. $2200-$2500 per month (depending on which unit we get; a few are available), which breaks down to $750-$850 each. There is only a $500 deposit, which the two roomies can split and another $500 pet deposit, which I will pay. Initial lease will run about 3 months. After that, it's month to month so it's easy to move on, if you wish (just please give 30 days' notice!). It's very quiet and feels like an oasis! Must be able to pass credit check. Need to have verifiable income of 2.5 x that of your share of the rent. Also, of course, we must meet face to face to make sure we all get along.
