We are looking for one person to take on the 3rd room in a 3BR/2BA apartment in SoMa, near 4th & Brannan Street. The room is very spacious. It comes furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe, sofa, and desk / chair, with plenty of room to spare. Though it was previously a loft room, it has since been made completely private from the rest of the house thanks to thick floor to ceiling drapes. Visually you are completely separated from the rest of the apartment, and they help with noise too (although to be honest the house is quiet by 10pm and silent by 11pm weeknights). The apartment has a dishwasher, and the building has washers and dryers. The location is fantastic, right by the 4th & King Caltrain, and AT&T Park, 10-15mins from Powell BART. Right out your bedroom window is a lovely view of the Bay Bridge, which is even prettier at night now that the lights are back! If you're a party animal, then you're 10 minutes walk from a bunch of breweries and clubs too. Your roomies are C & K. C works as a publicist in the videogame/entertainment industry and enjoys spending her free time going to music shows and festivals, checking out art works, cooking and watching movies. She also enjoys running and bubble tea. K is an EDM connoisseur, enjoys traveling, shooting hoops and works in marketing and operations for a real estate company. We are looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, communicative and clean (help with trash, dishes, not leave messes, etc.). There is an 8 month lease, starting March 1st (flexible), with opportunity to extend. Rent is $1800/month + utilities. Deposit is 1 months rent.
