The unit is fully furnished apart from the bedroom that is available for rent. The room available for rent is the 2nd largest in the house, with a big window that allows for lots of natural sunlight. You do get the use of the full downstairs bathroom for your use to shower/get ready. It does also serve as a guest bath room. A little about us. We are two males, both of us in our twenties. One of us works a 9-5 Mon-Fri and the other works as a flight attendant and is away from home quite often. We are both quiet individuals who enjoy the calm this house has to offer. There is a cat who roams around the house so someone who likes cats and wouldn't mind some light caring for him such as feeding would be great. Also open to welcoming someone who has one cat. We are looking for either a male or female in their twenties or close to that who is a professional and quiet individual. The rent of 700 a month is all inclusive. First and last months is required.
